I have an honours degree in Sociology (specialism in Social Psychology) from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (Spain). Since moving to London in 2002, I have been working in different roles in the mental health and sexual health sectors. I have worked with, and supported, individuals and communities from diverse backgrounds such as ethnic minorities, LGBT, disabilities, older people, HIV and addictions.

Since January 2014 my role in sexual health has allowed me to enhance my psychosexual and therapeutic skills and experience, working with clients with different presentations and psychosexual issues such as trauma, sexual abuse, shame, compulsive/unwanted sexual behaviour,  internalised homophobia, chemsex, HIV related issues, ageing, depression and crisis.

I am a fully qualified Psychosexual Therapist; I hold a  Diploma in Integrative Psychosexual Therapy (COSRT approved) at the Centre for Psychosexual Health.
