Initial Enquiry: What to Expect
Upon receiving your initial enquiry, I will reply to you with my availability and suggested slots for weekly sessions. Once we have agreed a convenient slot we will arrange your initial consultation. This initial consultation is an opportunity for us to discuss the issues that you bring, how I can support you and decide together whether I am the right psychotherapist for you. If you think it would be useful, before confirming your initial consultation, we can arrange a conversation over the phone.
If after the initial consultation we decide that I am the right therapist for you, we will have weekly sessions on the agreed slot (same day/time).
I provide both short term and long term therapy. Sessions can be either in English or in Spanish.
Fees
I provide individual and couple psychotherapy. Sessions are 50 minutes long.
Individual psychotherapy sessions £100
Couple psychotherapy sessions £135
The same fees apply to the initial consultation. Fees are paid in advance by bank transfer.
Regularity and Cancellation Policy
The therapeutic process requires commitment. When deciding to start psychotherapy it is important to be reasonable confident that you can attend your weekly sessions with regularity.
If you need to cancel a session, please, give as much notice as possible. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are fully chargeable.
Lower Cost Psychotherapy
I provide a limited number of lower cost psychotherapy. Often these slots are fully booked but, please, do not hesitate to contact me if you are on a low income.
